The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 7 (I) (a) (ii) and 12 aa (2) g of the Essential Commodities Act for violation of Section 19 (I) (a)/25 of Fertilizer Control Order Act 1985 and 29 (I) (c) Insecticides Act. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional
