The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is own brother of the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife which hit on his forehead. It is submitted that the informant is a lawyer and he and his son lodged as many as five cases against the petitioner. The present case is also lodged with an ulterior motive to grab the shares of the petitioner. The injury report of the informant shows that the injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36651 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K.
