2. As per allegation, 350 litres of country-made liquor was recovered from a tempo and the petitioner was also present in that tempo.

3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though by order dated 04-07-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46125 of 2024, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration i.e. near about one year and two months.

4. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34294 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna City in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
