JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2018 A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the Director, Health Services, Government of Bihar, from which it appears that a reasoned order dated 25.05.2018 has been passed by the Director-in-Chief in strict compliance of this Court's order dated 09.11.2017.
From the said order, it seems that certain deficiencies have been found in respect of the institution in question. The institution, namely, Raj A.N.M. Training School, Muzaffarpur has been given three months' time to remove the defects pointed out by an enquiry team. Once the said defects/deficiencies are overcome, the order indicates, an inspection shall be caused in accordance with the provisions under Nurses Training-Recognition, Affiliation and Conduct of Examinations of School of Nursing Rules, 1997.
Patna High Court CWJC No.5835 of 2018 (7) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 The order impugned in the present writ application has been withdrawn and the amount of Rs. 50,000/- has been accepted as fee, which was deposited by the Nursing Council. In that view of the matter, no further order need be passed.
In the present facts and circumstances of the case, this application stands disposed of.
