2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. The petitioner had been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 13184 of 2025 against a recovery of 414 litres of foreign liquor. However, bail bonds of the petitioner was not accepted as the petitioner appeared to be an accused in five cases as against his statement in the anticipatory bail petition of being three cases. The petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail on merits and it is because of the antecedent that the bail could not be furnished. Now, the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2025.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Nadi P.S.
