The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was going on a motorcycle, but after seeing the police the petitioner tried to flee away. The petitioner was apprehended and he is said to have confessed his guilt, but no theft of motorcycle was reported. It has nowhere come that the petitioner has committed theft of the aforesaid motorcycle. Of course, the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but he is in jail since 13.05.2015.
