JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is not named in the first information report but after the occurrence it came to light that one Nilu Devi had also sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. In course of investigation, the statement of Nilu Devi was recorded and she disclosed that this petitioner gave dagger blows to the deceased as a result of which deceased died. The post mortem report of the deceased corroborates the statement of Nilu Devi who happens to be eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with
