For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Lokesh Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Md. Aslam Ansari (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed his earlier prayer for bail which was rejected vide order dated 08.01.2015. I have perused the materials on record. It appears that this petitioner along with his wife and daughter had been tormenting the deceased for demand of dowry. It appears that only two months after the marriage, the informant was subjected to torture and was later found dead. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected. However, trial Court is directed that it shall expedite the matter pending before it bearing Sessions Trial No. 235 of 2015 so as to reach to its logical conclusion positively within nine months from today.
