1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case no.51 of 2024 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, about 20 litres each of liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the two petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession or from the motorcycle of the petitioners who have been falsely implicated in the case. They are in custody since 10.4.2024 and

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioners in the F.I.R., their being in custody since 10.4.2024 and not having any criminal antecedent, the Court directs both the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case no.51 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise-1), Purnea.
