ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks Revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 12.6.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge III, Buxar, in Cr. Appeal No. 53 of 2009/Com.Reg. No. 18 of 2014.

On perusal of the impugned judgment, I am unable to find any irregularity and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.

The application stands rejected.

However, considering the period of custody, the sentence is modified to one already undergone by the Petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.578 of 2015 dt.20-08-2015 In addition, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- to the Opposite Party No. 2. On such deposit, the Petitioner shall be released from the jail custody.

With the aforesaid observation, the Revision application stands dismissed.
