It is submitted by Mr. Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey, learned Additional Advocate General No.15, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents, that alleged victim, namely, Neha Kumari @ Neha Singh, was recovered and produced before the Court-below on 16.08.2016 in connection with Kasim Bazar Police Station Case No.57 of 2016. It is further

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.646 of 2016 (5) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 submitted that according to the School Certificate, the victim is major and the writ petitioner has not objected to the marriage of his daughter, namely, Moni Kumari @ Neha Singh, the victim has been allowed to go with her husband with the consent of her parents and, therefore, this writ application has become infructuous and may, therefore, be disposed of accordingly.

The Submissions so made no objection has been raised by the petitioner.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
