The writ petition has been filed for the appeal filed by the petitioner under Article 161 of the Constitution of India for grant of 'Pardon' of punishment of conviction, pending before His Excellency, the Governor of Bihar, to be disposed off. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition to file further application before His Excellency with a request for expeditious disposal of such petition.
