However, none appears on behalf of the respondents, though the name of the learned State counsel is printed in the daily cause list.

The reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition is quite unspecific and vague. The petitioner has referred to some orders passed in the year 1976-77 and 199798, but he has not challenged the legality or otherwise of any order passed by the competent authority.

If the petitioner is at all aggrieved by any order passed by any competent authority or the officers of the respondent State, then he must challenge the validity or correctness of that particular order(s) before an appropriate forum/ court, after impleading all the necessary parties.
