Taking into consideration that co-accused Md. Shoaib @ Dr. Shoaib @ Dr. Md. Soyeb Alam has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07.03.2013 on the accusation that she persuaded the informant to go to the clinic of the aforesaid co-accused Md. Shoaib @ Dr. Shoaib @ Dr. Md. Soyeb Alam, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Adhoc. Addl. Sessions Judge, Araria in Sessions trial no. 1188/2013 arising out of Araria P.S. Case no. 74/2013.
