JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an order, direction or a writ of mandamus for directing the respondent authorities to name the newly sanctioned Primary School, Chudhiharawa Tola Ward No. 7, 8, P.S.- Banjarin in the District of East Champaran as 'Shakila DeviDaroga Chaudhari Primary School' in view of the policy decision of the Government of Bihar that Primary Schools shall be constructed in the name of the choice of the donor of land if landed property is gifted by the donor in the name of Hon'ble Governor

Patna High Court CWJC No.9686 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 of Government of Bihar for establishment of Primary School considering the fact that the petitioner had gifted 1 Katha 15 Dhur of landed property over which the School was constructed by the Government of Bihar and is running at present."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall examine the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
