2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/18 of the NDPS Act.
3. As per allegation, there was opium cultivation going on in certain parts of the forest land and as per the chowkidar, the petitioners were involved in its cultivation.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the petitioners have been made accused merely on the basis of suspicion and they have nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. It has further been submitted that

It has also been submitted that co-accused persons, namely, Baijnath Singh and Ram Khelawan Singh have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 20.08.2025 and the case of these petitioners based on similar footing as in the case of above-mentioned co-accused persons.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
