JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and up till now altogether six prosecution witnesses have already been examined. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 368 of 2014 arising out of Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Naugachia (Bhagalpur) is again rejected.
