The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant who had parked his motorcycle and gone to purchase some articles, on return found his motorcycle to be missing.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation when an alleged confessional statement was recorded by the police purportedly given by the petitioner in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case no. 254 of 2020. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession who inspite of being in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45554 of 2021(04) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 since 2.1.2021 has not been put on T.I. Parade. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the material that has transpired in course of investigation together with the petitioner not having been put on T.I. Parade inspite of being in custody for over 1 year 2 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case no. 180 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st , Muzaffarpur (West), District Muzaffarpur.
