2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41173 of 2024(3) dt.19-08-2024 2/3 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 363 , 366 (A), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R., all the accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped the minor daughter of informant. 4 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R.,. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation . He further submits that as per the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C the specific accusation of kidnapping the victim is against co-accused Balram Singh and so far as these petitioners are concerned they are only alleged to have assisted the co-accused Balram Singh and there is no specific role of these petitioners in kidnapping the victim. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State as well as informant vehemently opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the statement of the victim, clean antecedent of the petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
