19.08.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but Opposite Party No. 2 never appeared there.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 02.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 320 of 2013 (Tr. No. 1336 of 2014) pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay Rs. 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) per month in favour of the Complainant.
