This application has been preferred for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to respondent no. 3, Circle officer Ghoshi (Jehanabad) for payment of Rs. -43000/- (Forty Three Thousand Rupees) expenses done in general establishment by the petitioner during the posting as 'Nazir' in Ghoshi Circle on the order of Circle officer Ghoshi, from the Land Revenue, which was refunded by the petitioner by his own pocket and for grant of all consequential benefits including statutory interest on the said amount.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5576 of 2018(3) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. The writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
