The petitioner seeks bail in Mahnar P.S. Case No. 245/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 302, 379 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Vir Chand Kumar Sahni alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted him with knife. Ramvali Sahni assaulted his cousin with knife on his chest and his cousin Suresh Sahni died during course of treatment. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Ramashray Sahni has already been enlarged on bail.

It is submitted that single stab injury was found on the chest of the deceased Suresh Sahni which is attributed to Ramvali Sahni.

No.36170 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 245/2014.
