2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 137(2), 140(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with coaccused Ajay Kumar Yadav and 4-5 unknown persons kidnapped son of the informant. Victim in his statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS has categorically stated that this petitioner along with co-accused Ajay Kumar Yadav kidnapped him for the reason that he had love affair with the daughter of co-accused Ajay Kumar Yadav.
