Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Although petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner and it is apparent from the first information report that allegation of firing is against other accused.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in Adapur P.S. Case no. 148/2014.
