Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Tanuja Mishra, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and L.N.Mithila University.

The grievance of the petitioner, as per the stand taken by the learned counsel for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, stands redressed as the admitted dues in the pay scale of Rs.14,940/- has been paid to the petitioner on 04.01.2017, which satisfies the claim in the writ petition. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University relating to redressal of the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application, the same stands disposed off. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
