====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2025 Heard Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Brajendra Nath Pandey, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Halai (Samastipur) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 (GR Case No. 2826 of 2024) registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 80, 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail and the learned District Court is directed to pass a necessary order, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41609 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 accordance with law, on the basis of materials available on record, same day.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
