JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law whereas; petitioner No. 2 is wife of the deceased. The dead body of the deceased was found in the house of petitioners but in course of postmortem examination, no external or internal injury was found and the doctor could not ascertain the cause of death of the deceased. The viscera of the deceased was kept reserved for chemical examination but uptill now, the report of forensic science laboratory has not been received. Moreover, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38175 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 Accordingly, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/_ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jankinagar P.S.
