JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The impugned order goes to show that except confessional statement of co-accused Mala Devi, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

No doubt, para 3 of the petition goes to show that earlier petitioner was made accused in three cases but in the present case, there is nothing against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above
