2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 56, 39(3) of the Bihar Minerals (CPMTS) Amendment Act, 2021.
3. Allegedly, the petitioner and another co-accused were found involved in illegal mining and storage of mines and minerals without any licence causing loss of government revenue.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to make payment of fine imposed by the concerned authorities.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the Mines and Minerals Department opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / 482(2) of B.N.S. 2023.
7. The petitioner is directed to make payment of fine imposed by the concerned authorities before furnishing the bail bonds.
