JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased. According to prosecution case, the marriage of deceased had taken place six years ago but in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that marriage of deceased had taken place nine years ago but she could not succeed to become mother as a result of which she committed suicide being frustrated by the aforesaid fact and accordingly, police has submitted charge sheet under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36018 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S.
