2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 25566 of 2022 which stood dismissed, in default due to non-compliance of order dated 14-09-2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 14-09-2023, the petitioner was allowed four weeks' peremptory time to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office but he could not be able to remove the defect(s) within the stipulated period, as a result of which, Cr. Misc. No. 25566 of 2022 was dismissed, in default. It has further been

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, this restoration application is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 25566 of 2022 is restored to its original file and number.

5. The petitioner are directed to file those documents within a period of three weeks.
