24-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 586 of 2018. Earlier, vide order dated 31.01.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 75379 of 2019, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. On last date i.e. on 10.02.2021, a report was called for from the Trial Court regarding stage of the trial, which has been received and kept at flag 'X'. From perusal of the same, it appears that charge has already been framed on 22.02.2021 and the case is fixed for evidence.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances and the stage of the trial, the bail application of petitioner is rejected. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial
