JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 22-10-2016 Heard Mr. Mishra in support of the writ application, Mr. Mukharjee counsel for the State of Jharkhand and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh for the Respondent -State Bank of India. From the statements made in the writ petition, it appears the petitioner served the Government of Jharkhand and retired from the post of Assistant Commissioner, Bureau of Investigation on 30.11.2001. The writ application prays for his revision of pension on the basis of pay band and grade pay w.e.f. 01.01.2006. This is pursuant to the resolution of the Govt. of Jharkhand dated 28.02.2009. Basically, the grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11854 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 petitioner pertains to the authorities of the Government of Jharkhand. The writ petition before this Court for the said grievance would not be entertained. This is also the stand of Mr. Mukharjee.

This Court declines the relief and grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for redressal of his grievance.
