2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3075/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 28.11.2023 at about 10:30 AM, while informant was standing in front of a marriage hall, in the meantime, three unknown miscreants came there and fired from pistol. It is further alleged that the aforesaid miscreants had covered their faces with masks and after firing, they managed to flee from the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. He further

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 961 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
