JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Six cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and except Majorganj P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014 and Dumra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 63 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.
