JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and informant happen to be agnates and it appears that petitioner and other accused assaulted the informant with iron rod but she sustained simple injury, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition. There is also accusation that petitioner called the informant as witch and other accused abused the informant in full public view. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No. 144 of 2014.
