The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 399, 402, 420, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25(1-b) a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners and other accused persons were apprehended by the police but from the possession of petitioner No.1 one cartridge, from possession of petitioner No. 2 one screw and from possession of petitioner No.3 one knife was recovered Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
