The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Dilip Sahni and Lakehdra Paswan. Co-accused Dilip Sahni and Sujit Paswan have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 18265 of 2014 and 5918 of 2015 and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar P.S.
