====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-02-2021 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the State.

This Court would expect that the petitioner's Counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office.

Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali PS Case No. 896 of 2018 registered under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 379 and 120(B) of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that other coaccused persons have already been allowed bail. He however draws attention of the Court towards the earlier rejection of bail of the petitioner under order dated 23.4.2019. The petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected and he was granted liberty to renew his prayer after framing of charges only in the event no substantial progress is made in the trial.

It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that till date charges have not been framed.

In view of aforesaid situation this Court would reiterate the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36574 of 2020(4) dt.18-02-2021 2/2 liberty granted to the petitioner in the order dated 23.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25163 of 2019.
