The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a dispute with regard to construction of Nala and there was case and counter case between the parties, the other case being Rajoun P.S. Case No. 450 of 2018.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there being no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his

No.34072 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S.
