JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that petitioner was appointed by the concerned company to take interview and moreover, except one mobile set, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 03.07.2015.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36079 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 317 of 2015.
