It would appear from perusal of the first information report that petitioner was appointed by the concerned company to take interview and moreover, except one mobile set, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 03.07.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
