One and half kg ganja is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but petitioner is in jail custody since 22.9.2014 and charge has already been framed against him on 19.2.2015.
No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but admittedly, prior to institution of the present case, no case for the offence under the NDPS Act had been registered against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Patrakar Nagar P.S.
