2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has transpired on the basis of suspicion only. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIIIth Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 222 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
