JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 The retiral dues of the petitioner will be calculated and paid treating his date of superannuation as 31.07.2013. Other dues raised by the petitioner by virtue of two dates of date of birth are not required to be raked up as there is some indication that the authenticity with regard to two different dates of birth is seriously in dispute.

The respondents will be required to ensure that any left over claims under the retiral heads, if due, will be calculated and paid over on the basis of his date of superannuation as 31.07.2013. Any other relief with regard to payment of salary etc. for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6081 of 2014 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 extended period of work is not required to be extended to the petitioner, keeping in mind that he comes from a disciplined force and he is supposed to know his status.
