Some spare parts of motorcycle, two misfired cartridges and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.4.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K. Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra/ concerned court in Panapur P.S. Case no. 31/2015.
