The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2022 in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of 200 litres of country made liquor from Tempo. Petitioner is the owner of the said tempo. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 02.06.2022, she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur,
