The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420/467/468/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant received an envelope containing passport in it but on that passport the photograph of another person was affixed. It is said that it was the petitioner at whose instance the forged passport has been prepared by Sonu Photostat. But, there is no material to show that the petitioner got the passport forged.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015.
