5. The petitioner shall be liable to pay the amount of maintenance of Rs. 7,000/- as was directed by the impugned order
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.71 of 2018 dt.29-07-2019 2/2 dated 28.11.2017, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtas at Sasaram in Maintenance Case No. 42 of 2009. The Court below shall ensure that the up-to-date payment is made by the petitioner in terms of order dated 28.11.2017 to the opposite party no. 1 at the earliest.
