Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 448 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 13.12.2019, informant, Binod Kumar, being the Headmaster was present at Primary School, Kauriya then all of sudden, one person came in the school and started abusing to Geeta Devi, wife of Vijay Thakur,

Thereafter, informant, Binod Kumar and another teacher, Chandrakant Kumar, came out and saw that Ranjeet Kumar, son of Krishna Sharma, in drunken state, was abusing to Geeta Devi and indulging in pulling her Sari. When the informant, Binod Kumar, made protest then Ranjeet Kumar started to assault him through fist and slaps. In that course, another cook, Geeta Devi, wife of Dilip Kumar (petitioner) also instigating to Ranjeet Kumar to create nuisance in the school. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, Geeta Devi, wife of Dilip Kumar, is also a cook in the school and with ulterior motive, only to remove her from the school the informant, who is Headmaster of the school, lodged the present case with false allegation.

Further submission is that petitioner, who is lady, has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No.
