2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 20.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12271 of 2024 has not been complied in its true spirit.

4. As such, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the present MJC application is hereby dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner that if he has still any grievance then, he may challenge the said order before the concerned authority in accordance with law.
